Sexual Offences
A sexual offence can be any of the following:
- Rape
- Incest with a girl under 13 years
- Buggery with a person under 16 years
- Indecent Assault which constitutes an act of Gross Indecency
- Intercourse with a girl under 13 years
- Indecent photographs and pseudo photographs of children
